send and receive business documents, such as invoices, orders,
and consignment notes, as secure email.
The solution consists of two parts:
- Receiver: ReadSoft's EMAIL software receives the emailed
PDF, confirms its authenticity and integrity, captures the
information, and processes it.
- Sender: An inexpensive and easy-to-install program, called
EZ-OUT, sends the information in an encrypted email. Whenever
you produce a document, such as an invoice, on your computer
and click Print, the software determines whether or not
the recipient accepts electronic documents.
If they do, the document is sent electronically in an encrypted
email. If not, it is printed as usual.
